Delivery, cancellation, exchange and refund policy

Because we work with third-party services, we do not offer refunds after the purchase and scheduling period, only rescheduling.

The cancellation period is 7 days, and exchanges will be permitted if notified at least 48 hours in advance, with the same product being rescheduled for a later date.

Service deliveries are made on the dates scheduled by the client.
