🌊 Introductory Dive in Ilha Grande Your first diving experience, with complete safety The introductory dive in Ilha Grande is perfect for those who have never dived before but want to experience breathing underwater and explore the island's underwater world. 👉 No swimming skills required. 📍 Departure Information ⏰ Departure Time: 8:30 AM ⏳ Estimated Return: around 2:30 PM 🚤 Departure Location: Tourist Pier – Vila do Abraão 🌊 Dive Location: defined on the day, according to weather and visibility 🧠 How the Baptism Dive Works The baptism dive is conducted in 3 stages, always accompanied by an instructor: 1️⃣ Theoretical Lesson on the Boat You will learn: Correct breathing with the equipment Ear equalization Underwater communication Posture and movements in the water 2️⃣ Practical Lesson in the Sea Before the dive, you practice everything in shallow water to gain confidence. 3️⃣ Accompanied Dive After the training, you dive side-by-side with your instructor, exploring the seabed with complete safety. ⏱️ Dive Duration ⏰ Between 40 and 50 minutes underwater (varies depending on breathing) ✔️ We strictly follow the RSTC – PADI standards. 🧰 Equipment Included All necessary equipment for the dive.
